OnePlus has provided some decent devices with extraordinary cost and adding to story, now they are coming with another wonderful device called OnePlus X. The device is priced to be around $249 (Rs 16,999 in India) but after looking the design and specs you will get a feel of much premium feel for sure. The New OnePlus X has a metal frame along with the dual speaker drills on the bottom, which is design shift from its other brothers OnePlus One and OnePlus Two.
Many may argue that why OnePlus is coming with another phone after their recent launch of OnePlus 2 a month back. The reason could be that they want to target user who are not accustomed to bigger screen phones and refraining from Nexus 6P or even from new iPhones. For OnePlus, its flagship line (denoted by numbers at the end) will feature top-of-the-line components and more future-proof technology like USB Type-C connectors. “The X line will always be the line where we can experiment a bit more.” OnePlus said.
The OnePlus X will be running OxygenOS which will be based on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. Talking about the tech specs, it has a 5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) Amoled display and is powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC, on boarded with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM.
The Phone will come with a default storage of 16GB and will have a dual-sim card slot, whereas they second SIM card slot can be used for a SD Memory card which can be further expanded to 128 GB. 13 MP rear camera will allow you to have some good HD pics along with 8 MP front camera for Selfie Addicts.
Connectivity options include supports for major 4G LTE bands, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, FM radio, and Micro-USB. Now after all the great news there a sad part of OnePlus X too, the device will not have a fingerprint sensor, No NFC as well.
